Aligned Partners will provide the same range of services that have generally and historically been provided by trust companies.

Trustee
Full fiduciary administration of a trust according to the terms of the governing document and applicable local law.

Executor
Full fiduciary administration of the estate of a deceased person.

Guardian
Full fiduciary administration of the estate of an individual without capacity to act due to age (minority) or mental competence.

Directed Trustee
Acting as trustee of an employee benefit trust at the direction of the plan sponsor, including processing withholding and reporting for participant payments, or as directed in some other trust arrangement.

Custodian, including Tax Preparation
Agent performing safekeeping, record-keeping, and tax preparation services and such responsibilities as are directed by the principal.

Discretionary Agent
Agency relationship calling for some exercise of discretion by the agent such as when acting as agent under a power of attorney.
